Do you own an Appartment and annoyed from the regular administration and maintanance? We are looking for objects that would suit our co-living concept.

We will guarantee you regular monthly income and you can just relax and enjoy your regular monthly income.

We will lease your flat from you, make partial renovations if required and further rent it out to our customers. We are not AirBnB or any similar services like that. We rent out to our customers only long term (min. 6m contract).

What type of appartments are we looking for:

• 70 sqm or higer
• min. 3 rooms
• max.15min distant from the city center by public transport
• unfurnished
• sign contract with us for at least 10years
